    The Bioinformatics Cluster at ITTC is a 64-node dual-processor Beowulf cluster connected with 25 terrabytes of storage, constructed in 2005. The system was implemented to provide a high-performance computing environment, coupled with high-availability storage and backup solution.

    Bioinformatics Cluster at the University of Kansas Medical Center

    The KU Medical Center Cluster is a 16-node dual-processor Beowulf cluster connected with 3 terrabytes of storage, constructed in 2005. The system was implemented to provide a high-performance computing environment, coupled with high-availability storage and backup solution. This cluster is installed at the University of Kansas Medical Center in Kansas City, Missouri.
